We are currently recruiting for two positions; a mid-weight post producer to job share with our current studio manager, and a senior colourist position. We encourage applicants of diverse gender, ethnicity, location and age. Details below:

 

Mid-Weight Post Producer

  • Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Film and Television post production with a strong understanding of the advertising industry.
  • Have experience supervising post production on commercials or short films.
  • Be experienced in managing changing schedules.
  • Applicants must be very comfortable and content with working from home, and be able to problem solve confidently and independently.
  • The successful applicant will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with A-level English.
  • Must have an absolutely delightful manner, with a strong sense of client service.
  • Must be able to work in a cohesive partnership with the studio manager so the role is seamless.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to queries about all things colour grading including our new Peachy Process™.
  • Liaising with production companies and agencies to quote and schedule upcoming jobs.
  • Managing projects through the colour grading process, including discussions about files, formats and codecs for receiving media, grade and delivery.
  • Being able to foresee issues and have the confidence to proactively create solutions.
  • Invoicing jobs upon completion and sourcing credits and masters.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients and remote colleagues.
  • Giving weekly updates to key team members.
  • Generating new ideas in order to carry out tasks more efficiently and striving for continuous improvement of internal processes.

Senior Colourist

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 7+ years colour grading experience in both long form and short form work.
  • Must have a strong portfolio of previous commercial work.
  • Applicant must have their own Da Vinci Resolve set up and access to high-speed internet.
  • Must have a delightful manner, with a strong sense of client service.
  • Must be comfortable supervising, leading and mentoring emerging colourists in the Peachy team.
  • The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Applicants must be just as content doing high-end commercial work as they are doing branded content.
  • Must be able to problem solve confidently and independently, including trouble shooting media and conform issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting a creative brief, asking relevant questions and creating outstanding colour grades.
  • Responding to technical queries from clients about all things colour grading including our new Peachy Process™.
  • Supervising emerging colourists and giving colour grading feedback.
  • Being able to foresee issues and have the confidence to proactively create solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with the Peachy team including taking direction from studio managers.
